Scholarship Application

PLATT CADDIE SCHOLARSHIP

If it is determined that an applicant has no financial need, they will be admitted as an Honorary Caddie-Scholar.

If you recognize that you have no financial need, do you wish to apply as an Honorary Caddie-Scholar and waive your right to a monetary award.

YES, I wish to apply as an Honorary Caddie-Scholar
NO, I wish to apply for a monetary award
If yes, you will not be required to submit the Student Aid Report or an Award Letter from your college or University. You will be eligible to apply for a monetary award in future years as awards are re-evaluated each year.
