NEW FOR 2013 — Registration for each event will begin at 9 a.m. as opposed to midnight on the day entries open. The time change allows GAP staff members to address and resolve technical issues that individuals may experience in a timelier manner.

GAP Member Play Days are open to all amateur (male/female/juniors over the age of 14) Golf Association of Philadelphia Individual Members with a valid GAP/USGA Handicap. The purpose of a GAP Member Play Day is to give any Individual Member of the Association a chance to play more golf in 2013. Each participant will have an opportunity to play in an event that will award prizes in various flights. EACH PLAYER MUST REGISTER INDIVIDUALLY.

The event will be conducted using the net Stableford scoring system, which awards points relative to par. The great thing about the Stableford system is once you have met your net limit, you can pick up, so there is no need to grind it out on every hole. After all, golf at Member Play Days is supposed to be fun!
