Entries are open to male amateur golfers who will NOT have reached their eighteenth birthday by midnight of the first day of the event and have up-to-date USGA Handicap Indexes not exceeding 6.4 under the USGA Handicap System.

This is a walking only championship, players and their caddies must walk during the stipulated round. Players may carry their own bag, bring a caddie or hire a club caddie. A player may not use any parent, step parent or guardian as a caddie during the stipulated round.
